Observaciones La obra cuenta con un certificado de Diego Jiménez, que informa que ella perteneció a su madre María Sara Hernández Livingston de Jiménez. Hernández de Jiménez dirigió junto a Lila Mora y Araujo la Sala V en Galería Van Riel, entre 1952 y 1957 y luego participó activamente de la Galería Pizarro. En la Sala V expuso Xul en 1953 y es probable que en algún momento no precisado le regalara este dibujo a Hernández. Sabemos además, que en las tradicionales Ferias de Navidad organizadas por varias galerías porteñas, en particular las de Pizarro, Bonino o Van Riel, los artistas enviaban diversos objetos de arte, y entre estos, pequeños dibujos. Al respecto, conocemos que como parte de una de esas ferias, la Galería Pizarro documentó la exposición y en una copia de época se pueden ver expuestos pequeños dibujos y tarjetas que estaban a la venta.
