Xul y Lita adquirieron la casa en el Delta del Tigre, en el paraje denominado “Parque Villa La Ñata”, pagándola en tres cuotas entre 1954 y 1955, y la escrituraron recién en 1958. Las primeras reformas se hicieron probablemente luego de finalizado el pago, pero tres años después realizaron nuevas mejoras en la propiedad.
