El mismo catálogo informa que la obra era acompañada por una foto-certificado de autenticidad firmado por Natalio Jorge Povarché y otro certificado de Marta Baines [i.d. Beines], ambos datados el 31 de agosto de 1989. El de Beines especifica que la obra le fue regalada por el artista en 1942.
